"Reflect On" is a tool that helps employees record their reflections on different real life situa-
tions that they might face during their job. They can also use it to add some supportive media
(photo, video or audio) to these reflections. These reflections will be monitored by coaches.
Coaches are able to give their feedback on their coachees’ reflections.
